452-M-PL, apartment building, project of the Foundation “Apartments for rent”
This project is being developed under the “Apartments for Rent” Fund, an initiative by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego to create an institutional rental market in Poland. It involves the government renting out apartments at 20-30% lower prices than the market offers. The longer the lease, the less you will have to pay for it each month.
There are 64 apartments at this location, which will soon be available for long-term rental.
