SAHATY is involved in the construction of the new residential complex ArtPark — one of the most exciting developments in Łódź, where architecture merges with art and respect for the city’s cultural heritage.
In the first stage, two buildings are planned, with 210 apartments, commercial units, and public spaces. Our team is responsible for the comprehensive execution of the building structures — a crucial phase that determines the durability of the entire project.
ArtPark combines aesthetic architecture, functional design, and an eco-conscious approach: anti-smog murals, green zones, a yoga area, and a children’s garden. It’s a place where comfort and modern standards become part of everyday urban life.
