With pride, we are delighted to share the news of our entry into the Belgian market and the commencement of a fruitful partnership with one of the country’s leading companies, Democo, ranked among the top 10 developers in Belgium!

Our inaugural joint project, Residentie Elegant Wonen, comprises a residential complex featuring 45 apartments, 5 retail-office spaces, and underground parking facilities. We are constructing this development on the site of a former furniture store.

Our highly skilled team has already completed the reinforced concrete work and is currently working on cladding the walls with clinker brick. Additionally, we have undertaken the restoration of a portion of the old façade to seamlessly integrate it into the overall architectural concept.
