Second joint project with Democo in Belgium – 658-M-Be!

Our team was entrusted with the reconstruction of the historical building of Sint-Vincentius in Lovendegem. We were fortunate to transform this magnificent building into 20 luxurious apartments, where everyone can immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the past. The property is located in “Groot Park”, covering an area of 25 hectares. This park has a rich history dating back to 1750 when Viscount Christian Jan de Spoelberch built a magnificent castle here. Two generations later, Maximilian de Spoelberch, the mayor of Lovendegem from 1834 to 1873, not only expanded this park but also created a unique collection of exotic trees, which still gives this place its unique character.

We are proud to have the opportunity to restore this historical heritage, while respecting its rich history.
