We present our new project – the residential complex “Cisha,” located by the Baltic Sea in the town of Dzivnuv (object 774-Z-PL).

“Cisha” is a unique residential space with direct access to the beach. The complex features 83 units of varying sizes, ranging from 28 to 100 square meters. Apartments on the upper floors will be equipped with a jacuzzi on the terrace.

Our company, SAHATY, serves as the general contractor for the construction of “Cisha.” Construction started at the beginning of the year, and active work is currently underway on the foundation.
